Everyday 10-15 minutes really isnt enough to do much. Doing an hour 3 times a week is great but don't overdo it. It depends on what stage of fitness you are. If you're overweight and have never worked out, I'd start with walking moderately for half an hour to start. Work up in 10 minute stages to insure that you feel comfortable doing so. Running for an hour is quite a long time if you're not used to it. Also, if you're out of shape you could injure yourself as running without training can damage your back, knees, etc. I have run for 15 years and love it however my husband tried running and even as an avid biker, he had horrible trouble with his knees and back. What do you enjoy most? Power walking is your best bet to start with. While 'hard' cycling and running will burn more calories, walking is the easiest to start your body at. 10 - 15 minutes per day is better than nothing but in my personal opinion is not enough. I feel that 1 hour, three times per week is better. But it's not just the time. It's also the quality. You need to achieve a certain heart rate and aerobic threshhold. What that is is very specific to your own physiology.
Personally, I favor bicycling. Why? Because it doesn't hammer my knees, ankles, and hips. I do run, but only enough to work the muscles and joints and to help my bones with weight-bearing activity. When I bicycle, I always feel light on my feet the next day. When I run, I often feel heavy and "creaky" the next day. I would assume swimming would avoid the creakiness -- I just don't have ready access to a pool. Walking is good if you get your heart rate up. Hope this helps some.

You'll get more exercise doing an hour 3 times a week than 10-15 minutes every day (180 minutes vs. 105). Plus it will help you build up better aerobic conditioning to work out for an hour as opposed to just 15 minutes.
Biking is the lowest impact form of exercise of the 3 you listed if that is a concern at all.

Well everyone has a view,,, I think both, mix it up. And this is coming from a big biker. I find it's better for you; 1) Change is good and you won't get bored 2) You work different muscles 3) You are more prone to cause injury if you do repetitive exercises.
As for time, only YOU know your body and what works best. Set your goals, either lower heart rate, more endurance, weight loss, etc. Some pro riders only ride for 45 minutes, but they do power workouts, which means 8 minutes hard, etc. I use to do this and I found it was a better workout than a 3 hour medium bike ride. Experiment and know your body. Also seek professional advice before setting up a program.

In order to do an aerobic excercise, you need to get your heart rate over 120 bps for a period of no less that 30 mins. Thats how you burn fat!! So 10-15 mins a day just wont be as efective as 1 hr 3 times a week.
It would be wise to check with your doctor first.

i think the first one is better so at least sometimes u can eat a little bit more than u should and not really care about it
