How long does it take to recieve mail sent from the U.K to the U.S.?

Sent through the post office not e-mail!

Its been 2-3 weeks and it still isnt here!!!

Sometimes mail can be slow. For the past two years I sent my cousin in Arizona a Christmas card and the post office sent it back to me saying the address was wrong. I had checked the address in my address book and it was the right address and I had it addressed the right way. The post office were the ones that were wrong not me. I hope that you get the mail that you are waiting on.

Properly addressed mail in regular envelope with correct postage 6 days average.

No ZIP code - 2 to 3 weeks

Low postage - 3 weeks to never

Undeclared contents (like, a package) - a month or two

Bulky packages with leaking white powder and bits of wire sticking out - call the FBI and discuss

air mail or overland? Air mail should take about a week, maybe a little longer. Overland mail could take weeks. I 've received air mail from the UK and I've talked to an interesting fellow from London and he told me about overland mail, but that was months ago and I can't remember the details. (he had horror stories about their mail system, but I won't go into that) check out their website and that might give you some more info.

It should arrive into the US from the UK after approx 2 days, It will then depend on how fast the US postal system sort it for delivery....it shouldn't take any longer than 5-7 days to be delivered to the addressee (Letter)

Mine from West Yorkshire to Kansas usually took around 4 to 5 days...
