ok it depends on you, you need to be where you will meet other people, have fun, get some sun right?
Plus maybe a little culture and nice buildings to look at thrown in for good measure?
24 years old - it's gotta be Barcelona ... stay in a hostel where you will meet lots of other travellers who also want to see the place, and have fun. Plus you will save money as hostels generally cost only about £10 a night
Below is a list of hostels in Barcelona...
If you don't fancy Barcelona - how about Greece or Turkey ... same thing applies, shedloads of sun, sand, great things to look at and places to go, cheap hostels ...
cheap flights to get there thru SkyScanner.NET.
If you choose Turkey, you should take the FezBus 'hop-on, hop-off' tour around the country, it's full of backpackers from all over the world who all want to see the place, have fun, and meet people!
Here is where I went to (starting and finishing in Istanbul):
* Gallipoli (Eceabat) - TJs TOURS & HOSTEL (link below)
* Pergamon & Troy
* Kusadasi & Selcuk
* Ephasus & Marmoris
* Koycegiz
* Saklikent Gorge
* Fethiye/Oludeniz - where they filmed 'The Blue Lagoon' !
- then a 4 day gulet cruise around the islands to Olympos, sleeping on the boat, and jumping in the sea in the mornings to wake up! It only cost about $25 USD (£15) per day...
* Olympos (Tree Houses on the beach)
* Egirdir, via Lake Golbasi
* Cappadocia (that's the place for a balloon flight!) - here you can see the underground cities where the Christians hid from the Romans...
For the Gallipoli battlefield tour, I recommend you stay at TJ's Hostel in Eceabat, and ask for the tour of the battlefields with Kenan - he is a world renowned historian, and authority on the Gallipoli Campaign.
It was an amazing journey ... I highly recommend it...and you can do a trip like that in 2 or 3 weeks no trouble on a budget... I stayed at hostels that were clean and comfortable, and they only cost about £5 (€8 euros) a night and the bus tour (from place to place in air-con bus) is around £135 GBP or €200 Euros!
Happy Trails
Philip

It depends on what interests u the most.If u like partyin,Ibiza would be ideal for u.If u like historical , famous places ..u can try Paris , Germany etc.There is so much to see.All depends on what u wud like to experience the most.Some like holidays by the beach,which i wud recommend Spain,Greece etc.If u wanna experience somethin different, try Lappland , Sweden.Riding with huskies & watching the Northern Lights.If u wanna bungee jump, try New Zealand wer they also offer the "shooting sites" of Lord of the rings.Different countries offer different things.If u want a cultures totally different from ures, try Japan or South east asia.Cheap & fun.Currency exchange is good.So u can live like a king there.Good luck looking!

One place and one place ONLY!
Cabo San Lucas, Mexico.
Trust me!!! I went there with my other single male friends and had the time of our lives. Tons of single west coast women and some cute Mexican women. Lots of parties and a nice safe tropical setting that is very party friendly.
Jamaica is better for couples. Dominican Republic is great if you like dark skinned women. Las Vegas is always fun. Cancun is fun too but pretty darn cheesy. Amsterdam is fun.
Have fun!

Barcelona has got the reputation to be the most cosmopolitan, modern and avant-garde town in Spain. One of many places you need to see in Barcelona is the unique Mágica Fountain Font since the way the name herself state: is truly magic to see the lovely show of water, mild and music.
