Can I make my own rice crispy things from rice? How about my own golden flakes of corn or wheaty choco ring things?

Any ideas for any processing I can do at home to make my own cereal breakfast welcome.

The only kind of cereal that I know you can make, and that I personally make, is granola. I have a terrific recipe, if you are interested write me. You can make it crunchy by baking it longer in the oven, keep it interesting by changing around the dried fruit/nuts that you put in or leave out. But, I don't know how you would even begin to make homemade wheat flakes or rice crispies. Good luck.

There is no possible way you can do this at home as you would never be able to get the proper equipment to do this.
It takes special machinery and ovens to make the rice type cereals and flake types also.
