When I have bottled up emotions,I sit down with a piece of paper and I write down the things that are bottled up inside of me and then I feel a little better.Try it,it may work for you also.Or you can just write anything down.I hope this works

Primal Scream Therapy ! Of course when you are alone..with your head in a pillow. Exercise is one of the best ways to release all those emotions. I don't know if hitting one of those things boxers use..seems to me that would be a good way. PLAY..act like a Kid again..that is a sure way to release all those built up emotions and frustrations. Counselling and Prayer.

For me it needs to be something exciting but by myself. I either go for a ride on my motorbike or when I can go surfing. Surfing is the best because if it is big then you see how insignificant you are compared to mother nature and that put things into perspective for me.

TALK TO SOMEONE CLOSE IF NOT TALK TO A COUNSELOUR THE KEY IS TO EXPRESS YOUR FEELING . I FIND THE BEST WAY IS TO VERBALIZE. ALSO TALKING YOU FIND THAT YOU MAY NOT BE THE ONLY ONE WHO HAS FACED THE SAME DELIMA IT SURE MAKES ME FEEL BETTER TO KNOW I'M NOT IN THE BOAT BY MYSELF.
