I've pooped 3 times today. Is that a record ?

This might not be the right section for this question, but I think I've most likely pooped 3 times in one day before.

sorry not a record. cut out the junk food. sugars fatty foods greasy foods you will be fine it can be normal as long as there is no pain or bleeding

well no ....i saw a commercial that said that if u dont go as much as you urinate every day ur not regular...but i dont know anyone that goes that much LOL good luck ROFL
