If I'm understanding this correctly, your friend and this boy have discussed getting together. This helps because it means they both feel the same way. If they are to be together then he needs to end the relationship with her friend. Also, she should probably speak with her friend about it. Tell her that she thinks cheating on him is wrong and that she has feelings for him. Hopefully, everyone will still be able to remain friends. Especially if this particular relationship is ending anyway.

Exactly a good man - if he is that - would remove himself of the bad relationship before starting another. Yes sounds as though he just to move on - however taking up with her best friend is never a good move. Tell your friend to be careful and wait it out - doing anything too fast too soon sounds like heartache to all involved. Good luck!

i read this book once by r.l stine called, oddly enough, The Boyfriend. In the book this spoiled, heartless, rich girl had a boyfriend she didnt care about, didnt like, and took advantage of. she believed they werent fit for eachother because she was rich and he wasnt. she continued to date him, waiting for the right moment to break it up while, at the same time, dating this other rich guy who went to her private school, but wasnt a snob. in the end the rich girls' bestfriend took her boyfriend becuz she didnt care what happened to him anyway and the rich girl ended up with nobody. you really have to read the book to understand it completly. anyway what im trying to say is if she's cheating on him then that apparently means she doesnt love him as much as she might think. my best friends boyfriend cheated on her sveral times and she broke up with him. somehing similar happened between me and her as with your friends, only he liked me and i didnt like him like that, plus i didnt want to date the guy that hurt my friend. if your friend is really sure shes in love with this guy then she should probablly ask her best friend first if its okay to date him. if she says yes then she is most likely over the guy, really means its okay. if she says no she either doesnt want them going out, is holding a grudge of some type, or is clearly not over the guy. at least thats what my friend and i do. if were crushing on the same guy then we'll be okay with who ever he asks out first, but just a little warning if in your case the guy goes for one then the other it might feel a little awkward having the three of them in the same room together. any way i hope you can find something useful out of this and i hope everything works out for the best. i know exactly how you feel cause i never know what to say to make my friend feel better cause i dont know how she'll take it. anyway just take risks and do your very best and pray to god that you give the right advice to your friend. now if you go by my advice and it doesnt work out then you can go ahead and blame all on me cause it would really be my fault. rootin for ya. ciao

You are friends so you should be able to tell her anything. Just tell her you know thats not right I know she cheating on him but its not your business. Then tell her you know your my friend too, so I guess I got watch you now huh? because if you do it to her your probably going to do it to me. Then I would tell her to refrain from talking to me about it because when the stuff it the fan you dont want to be involved in it. Tell she needs to reevaluate the situation, get her own man. Because hes probably going to just use her for revenge against his ex. Good Luck hope this helps

A good rule of thumb is to never date your friends ex's and never date your ex's freinds. Tell her that. Let her know that this only causes more problems then it solves. Let her know that a piece of azz isn't as important as her best friend.

Tell her that you don't want to get in the middle of a personal issue. The decision is her responsibility and you don't feel comfortable getting involved in it.

dating a friends bf is totally taboo! tell your friend to wait until they have broken up because if she doesn't it will cause hard feelings for all concerned....if you like stories read something borrowed it tells the story of a best friend who stole her best friends boyfriend....its good...you should recommend it to your friend
