Addressing the demand - the "johns" - should be a major part of any program.

But selling is the big part of this and to address it is to make it a moral issue instead of a political issue.
The police is but a band aid. This needs to be approached from the top.
And it will never stop!!!

I think its ok to have sex unless the traffic is moving....then its unsafe but if your at a dead stop I say go for it
