Eat only when hungry and that too not more than three times a day. Include uncooked fruits and vegetables in ur food. Take nothing but water in between the meals.

Chew each morsel at least 32 times. This improves digestion besides activating ur brain telling u that u have had enough.

Take light exercises and brisk walks regularly preferably twice a day.

U will achieve ur ideal weight in a reasonable time period effortlessly.

Keep lifting but only use light weights and do as many reps as you can until your muscles get sore. Also do a lot of cardio, in fact do more cardio than weights. Here is a good site to look at, these are programs i follow and it seems to work.

Lower weights and more reps, you also need to do more cardio to get the definition you're after. Try doing intervall running as this is really good for definition. At least 30 mins on top of regular cardio after weights (I assume you do some cardio after weight training?).

More cardio work and more repetitions with lighter weights. Light, fast repetitions increase muscle tone where as heavier lifting with less repetitions is good for building strength.
