One cycle of steroids isn't going to help you gain. You have to keep taking them, while you exercise to see any difference. While you're doing that, things that you can't see will also be happening. If you're a man, steroid use can result in increased risk for prostate cancer, reduced sperm count, and infertility. Things you can see will also happen eventually. You can look forward to baldness, development of breasts, and shrinking of the testicles. If you are of adolescent age, steroids can stop skeletal grown, while causing rapid puberty changes. That mean they can stay at the height the were when they start taking them... forever.

What's the point of making oneself unhealthy to create the illusion that we are?.

1 cycle can cause damage. This is a supplement that is unknown to the body and to the the mind. Your body can either accept it, or reject it, either way, it can cause damage. If you take the cycle and do not work out, you can gain water weight, which will make you chubby. Also, it can affect your heart very much. You want to be very careful when you are thinking about taking any type of supplements, especially illegal steroids.

In the UK at least no steroids can or should be available without a doctor's prescription. Unfortunately the net, which I love using, has however made a mockery of this.

It is fascinating to read the reassurances that there are no risks from anabolic steroids, displayed on sites that sell them. They have presumably never had a relative have an early stroke or heart attack.

Side effects of anabolic steroids include : raising blood pressure, raising cholesterol, (both of which increase cardiovascular disease), physical damage to the heart itself, premature baldness, liver damage, he formation of breast tissue in males, liver damage, impotence, shrinking of the testicles and infertility. Women can become hairy, develop a deep voice, and growth can be stunted in adolescents.

So if you would like to spend your life as a short bald guy with small testicles, boobs and impotence who has an heart attack, this is the way for you!

If you don't take the proper supporting supplements and follow a proper post-cycle therapy, then steroids can do a lot of damage. You can great gains from steroids, but they should only be considered once you have exhausted your genetic potential, which takes a very long time.

Hi,
There are many factors that can attribute to hair recession or massive hair fall and you need to find out which one exactly is responsible for the problem you are having now. Of course male pattern baldness is still the most common cause, but, for instance, if you are a woman things are deinitely different! This is the reason why you will need to really dig down and see the source of your problem.

Other causes of hair loss may include (both in men and women): severe mental or emotional stress, excessive use of coloring or bleaching agents, traction alopecia or excessive strain on the scalp due to braiding or corn rowing, hormonal changes, alopecia areata or hair loss due to autoimmune diseases, and many more. Each of these conditions will require a different approach in order to achieve success regardless of whether you're going to be using conventional or natural methods.

In my opinion it's much better to use natural methods as opposed to conventional ones, they're cheaper, have less to no side effects, and often more effective.

A good way of regaining your full head of healthy natural hair is well described on this guide: http://hairagain.toptips.org
Cheers ;)

Consult a doc.

Eat only when hungry and that too not more than three times a day. Include uncooked fruits and vegetables in ur food. Take nothing but water in between the meals.

Chew each morsel at least 32 times. This improves digestion besides activating ur brain telling u that u have had enough.

Take light exercises and brisk walks regularly preferably twice a day.

U will achieve ur ideal weight in a reasonable time period effortlessly.
