Piercings can migrate, which is just a change in position. It can happen for lots of reasons and your weight loss could have caused it. As far as the barbell laying on its side, it may have healed that way or the jewelry might just turn because of how you sit and how your clothes rub against it.
I would suggest taking it out and having it re-pierced. You'll want to wait at least 6 months before re-piercing in the area to ensure it healed fully.

Piercings sometimes migrate. It can happen for lots of reasons, like a mild allergy to the metal, or definitely if you lose weight. You changed the shape of your body, so the piercing is following your skin. Try changing to a plastic barbell (or a material other than what you currently have in) and see if that stops it from moving. Otherwise, you may have to take it out or have it repierced. It sucks, but piercings are never foolproof. A successful piercing tends to rely on what your body will tolerate. Go visit a piercer and ask them what they recommend, they'll be able to help.

yeah any weight change will change the placement of the piercing, mine did the same the thing and i finally got tired of it so i took them out.
depending on how long you have had them, i would suggest taking the piercing out waiting for it to close and then repierce after you've lost all the weight you plan to lose.

mmm what i suggest is take the piercing off, give it time to heal ( i think it should heal idf u did in september and then pierce it all over again. i doint thinkit will fall back into place unless u gain weight back on.
however if it is really bothering u and u would like to show it off i suggest u seek the advice of a piercer.
i just like piercings so wouldnt know much :)

your piercing sounds liek it migrated.. im not sure what causes it but your body does it on its own and the loss of 15lbs could have comtributed to it.. so if it truely did migrate then it will not go back to normal.. you would need to get it repierced if you want it to "look normal" again.. has it moved significantly? or is it one of those things that your the only person that would ever notice/? lol unless you have to point it out to someone.. if thats the case then i woudl just leave it be
