Just need a few ideas for fun things for a me and my aunt who's got very limited walking ability [wheelchair user] to do and see in Jersey or maybe Guernsey. we will be taking the car on the ferry from UK. Probably going early/mid may

Early to mid May in either Jersey or Guernsey should be very nice. Both islands are relatively flat so driving is not a problem neither is using a wheelchair or walking with aids.

You may even want to take a short trip to St Malo in France just 40 minutes by high speed ferry.
