ok when i walk up to a 13 yr old girl (at church) tonight what do i say. i like her. im 13 also. see i figure i just want to be friends cuz my parents don't let me date anyways. so how do i make it seem that i don't want a girlfriend but i want a friend who i can hang with, joke with, you know a best friend kind of friend.
so my question is "what should i say to her to get her to be my friend?" i know her name is sarah (i asked her last week) she is like an inch or so shorter than me.

just start conversation ask her what she likes girls are like that we want to be every guys center of attention.try to get to know her something beautiful can come out of this.

ok here is the step by step thing to do,
1 say Hi there good to see you again
2 ask what you been up to sarah, by the way I'm not hitting n you as I'm 13 and not aloud to date girls
3 your really cute for a girl your size
4 add if I was aloud to date girls I'd love to date you, but as I'm not can we be friends and hang any way?
then take her to a movie

Your parents need to give you more opportunities in life that sucks but if you want to be her friend go up and talk to her say some things that will probably make her laugh and sit by her.
