you need to tell them that it has happened if they are incoherent than you need to tell your employer.

Panic!
Joking aside - has the bleach left a bad stain? If so, then you have to admit to the person you are caring for and offer to pay for any damage. Hopefully they understand that accidents happen.
If there is no staining then replace the bottle you spilled.
Remember - don't plead ignorance it is always better to own up rather than live with a guilty conscience!

Wow...I have read your other questions, and they all involve accidents caused by a caregiver. Are these hypotheticals, or are you really doing all this as a caregiver? Scary.
If all 3 of your scenarios have happened at the same time: spilling a hot drink, falling on a rug, and spilled bleach, I would say it is time to make sure the victim is safe, find a replacement caregiver to come in to care for the victim, then find a new job.

The best thing to do is make the owner aware of it. Your aim is to dilute it by using a lot of water and a sponge. The smell will last for a long time though.
Appologise coz it is an accident right?

Puzzled why bleach is under the heading of non-alcoholic drinks?
I would suggest that judging by your previous questions you are a totally incompetent freak who hates old people or just an idiot!
