No, they are completly seperate birds.

I suppose they could but no progeny could result. The weird ducks in parks are usually mallards crossed with domestic ducks.

In general they don't, but sometimes at city parks you can see really weird birds that are half Mallard and half white domestic goose, so the answer is yes.
