The Iron Chef America chefs, especially Mario Batali; Michael Chiarello, and Ina Garten.

Rachel Ray and Alton Brown are definately in my top 3. However, for top honors, I would have to say Mario Batalli. This is a man who genuinely LOVES cooking. Watch him on Iron Chef for examples.
The rest of the tv chefs out there annoy me for one reason or another. Mainly, Bobby Flay, though. If you want a worst chef, he'd be it simply for his arrogance.

Right now my favorite is Michael Chiarello. Paula Dean and Emeril (only his solo show) are the next ones.
I like Alton for the science aspects of the show, but he bores me too much to watch it.

Thats a hard question as I like a few different chefs for different reasons.
Jamie Oliver because hes fun and simple.
Gary Rhodes as he cooks some amazing dishes.
Floyd because hes always got a drink in his hand.
And Ainsley Harriot because I love his recipe book.

Mine is hands down Rachael Ray. I couldn't stand cooking before I saw her 30 minute meals program, and after that I love cooking, and hardly ever go out for fast food or sit down anymore. And when my parents came out to visit me from Texas a few weeks ago, I even cooked them a 30 minute meal and they were very impressed that I actually cooked them dinner! =) (I was very impressed I didn't make them sick after lol) I subscribe to her magazine and I tape her show in the afternoon. I'm going to NYC next month and I "ordered" tickets for a taping of her show while i'm there back in January so i'm still hoping to get tickets to see her live. Great question!!
