does prenatal vitamins help grow your hair when your not pregnant?

o.k. This is not always such a great idea. Prenatal vitamin have a lot of iron and other things in them that can harm you.The reason you take them when you are pregnant is because there are two people getting vitamins not one. Just take a regular vitamin. G&C makes a hair and nail vitamin. You are going to get a milloin different opinons on this. Ask your doctor if it would be o.k. for you to take or go to your local pharmany to ask them that is what they are there for.

Yes...I have taken prenatal vitamins for about a year now and it has done wonders for my hair and nails!!! I don't think the person above me knows what they are talking about....prenatal vitamins are just that "vitamins".....they wont harm you at all....Hope this helps

Some say yes but in my experience, the only thing that grew on prenatal vitamins was my toenails.

No...vitamins dont work...a high protein diet will increase hair length. or try nubian silk.
