Let my multifuncional printer Canon (n0 good) to get fixed in Las Vegas, NV and is taking forever. Please help me to find legal advise for that, consumer rights related to eletronics online or books. Thanks

If they are acting reasonably there is really no set time limit.

Read your warranty and try calling to find out what is going on.

THey can hold it till its fixed but you have to make sure that your warranty does not run out before they send it back or you might get billed. It happens alot but make sure you keep the receipt you sent it with so you can prove they had for a long time.

till it is fixed, there is no "time limit"

if they are not getting it fixed you can ask for it back, take it somewhere else, if it is a warranty you can sue them for not fixing it.
