Has a DOCTOR told you that it's not 'rosacea'? I have to ask, because from what you've said it sounds like it is a 'mild case' of rosacea. Try not using ANY 'soap' to wash your face, or any 'chemicals' on it at all. Scrub your face three times a day with 'hot water' and follow that with three 'cooling rinses,' in which each 'rinse' is cooler than the one before, each time. Do this for at least a month ... but if your face seems to 'get worse' or doesn't seem to be a lot more 'even' at the end of tha month, then you should see a doctor, because there could be something else medically 'wrong' that s/he could help you to identify and 'fix.'
