you know the deal,vegtables fruit and become heathier, but the real secret is wu long tea , drink 4 to 5 cups a day it detoxes your body,u will in the loo alot , and pass wind all the time,but it burns fat and is healty ,i know its not advised but my cuz was a pretty big girl and she bought weight loss pills, she lost tons of weight fast as expected , i know it dont last but she loved her new body and buying nice clothes so much, that she never went back to her normal diet and developed a passion for track running she has stayed the same size ever since!

it's not going to be a diet change to do it for you, it has to be a lifestyle change. the problem with diets is that they restrict you from eating the foods you like, so it's going to take slowly adding more healthy foods to your diet, buy smaller plates so you don't have to put as much food on them to fill the plate which is what most people do. become aware of portion size, if a portion is 8 oz and you have a glass that holds 12 oz your getting an extra half a portion you can do without. when you eat slow down and taste your food so you enjoy it more. the first 3 bites are the best after that it's not getting any better so you might as well enjoy them. also, pay attention to what your body is telling you. if your stomache isn't growling your probably not hungry. so grab a water instead of fries. and if you make a mistake IT'S OK. setbacks happen. just renew your resolve and pick back up. don't give up. don't give up. don't give up. you can do it. i know you can.

Eat only when hungry and that too not more than three times a day. Include uncooked fruits and vegetables in ur food. Take nothing but water in between the meals.
Chew each morsel at least 32 times. This improves digestion besides activating ur brain telling u that u have had enough.
Take light exercises and brisk walks regularly preferably twice a day.
U will achieve ur ideal weight in a reasonable time period effortlessly.

ok for one, thats impossible and rediculous. your talking almost 100 pounds. try working the weight off gradually ste goals start of by loosing 5-10 pounds a month.
and the trick to loosing weight is.......
there is no trick, there is no miracle pill, people have been loosing weight since the stoneage, you know how i do it? i eat chicken for dinner, tuna/chicken wrap with chips for lunch, maybe a little snack somewhere inbetween.
my work out consists of:
monday and wednesday jujitsu/wrestling class for an hour and 30 min. followed or before with about a 30 -45 min. workout (weights).
tuesdays and thursdays i hit the wieghts with a cardio class on one of the days.

Well, I suggest lay off the sweets its hard to do but you have to. Eat Less Work out more. Drink a lot of water no soda. Try Oatmeal its good for you and keeps you full.

wont be fast or easy, but intake less calories than you intake. Check food labeling to find out how much u generally intake then run on a treadmill or something similar that counts calories burned and you will make it!
