Since you most likely find your comfor orally, try chewing gum. I have to keep gum in my car, purse, desk, coat pockets so I can start chewing when I get anxious.

Working out is supposed to alleviate stress, so if you do that than maybe some stress levels will reduce. Also, eat healthier foods and also take a few minutes to an hour a day and just relax. You have to find a spot for you to just go to and sit and not think about whats going on. I know that might be hard, but if you can do all 3 of those things than I seriously think in my profession that it will drastically reduce your stress levels. GOOD LUCK

i don't know about "occasionally bulimia" but if you feel the urge to eat try to focus your energy on something else rather than cleaning out the refrigerator
it that doesn't work then try not eat junk food but rather fruits which fulls you up
