No as long as you don't mind battering horses with a whip then you can be any height.

Cruel sport.

As everyone else has said there are no height restrictions, you just need to be able to do the weight.

Most flat jockeys weigh around the 8stone mark and will "waste" if necessary to make the lower weights. Most jump jockeys will weigh around 10 stone.

To my knowledge Richard Hughes is the tallest flat jockey in GB at 5ft 10. Not sure who exactly is the tallest jump jockey, but Tony McCoy is 5ft 11.

The link below gives age, height and weight for the major jockeys in GB:

No height limitation but on weight yeah. But if you are let's say 'short', it'll be easier for you to keep your weight down and you won't die of starvation.
For example: I'm 4ft11 and weight 45 kg, my BMI is 20. It's the ideal size. (20 to 25 ok, but 25+ is not good)

There are no tall jockeys in flat racing but there are tall ones in jump racing. There are no rules on height but it is so difficult to keep a jockey's weight down that he just can't be tall or he would starve to death

No height limitations. One of the winning jockeys at Cheltenham today was reported to be six feet tall, (I think it was S.P. Jones).

no limitations on height, its all about the weight, you'll never see an overweight joskey. to ride over jumps you need to be able to ride at 9 stone 7 pounds when you start, and on the flat I think its about 7 stone 7 pounds

No limitations.......but the taller you are the harder it is to keep your weight down. Jump jockeys are generaly taller than flat jockeys. I once knew a jockey who was 6'5" and boy was he thin!

Well you can be as tall as you want I'm sure it just matters about the weight and the weight limit is like 126lbs. But if you want to be an excersise rider I don't think it matters, but of-course you don't want to be some big thing that's gonna break the horse's back and make if weigh down and get slow... lol :)
Sorry, but I don't know the second answer to your question. :o)
