Why isnt my Firefox spellcheck working?

Question

It used to, and I have the checkbox selected in options ('check spelling as I type').

Would rather not install another plugin to replace something that FX should be doing anyway.

Its not underlining my rubbish typing like it used to - fustrating

Any ideas?

Right-click in the text box and ensure that "Spell check this field" is selected.
