I took my first 20mg tablet yesturday. I had a few side effects about 4 hours after i took it, racing heart beat, sweating, and tingling from head to toe. I also found it hard to sleep. Will the side effects be the same for each one i take until my body gets used the them?

I started taking those two weeks ago and that is how i felt a few hours after taking the first one, The racing heart and tingling will pass. i still have trouble sleeping and sometimes have night sweats. but you will be surprised just how quickly they will help you cope and feel stronger. give it a week to see how your feeling and if your still feeling unhappy with them go and speak to your doctor as he is there to help you

that doesnt sound too normal, id see a doc.
