Stephen Roche 1987, He was the last person to win cyclings triple crown. He also won the Tour of Italy and World Chamionship that same year.

Stephen Roche, in a brutal head to head battle with Pedro Delgado, it was one of the great Tours of all time. If you look around YouTube you might find a video of Roche trying catch Delgado up the side of a mountain and the fog is so thick the tv cameras can't see anything, except the timer counting the gap and Roche suddently appearing on the finish line. Epic.

I did a search on Sean Kelley and found a lot of wins, including individual Tour stage wins, but no overall TDF win.
Still, he was an awesome rider.
