What do ya think. Would guys be less likely to be turned on by a woman if they knew her breast were implants?

no that is ridiculous, men love breast implants and any other word that can be paired up with the word breast.

It is a factor. How much of a factor depends on many other things. I once new a woman who was very pretty but had unfortunately, ugly little breasts. They looked like two small balloons after you let the air out. She had got implants that made them just look like normal breasts. No problem there.
I have also known women that have had large implants put in and love to wear revealing tops and keep pushing her boobs in everyones face. That is a problem.

Personally speaking, I prefer Natural. But it doesn't matter that much.
Implants make them harder and less maleable, But not to the point that it matters a whole lot. It all depends on the guy, And the girl in question.

if she is a wonderful woman and I like her finding out her breasts have implants won't change that. It might make me worry that she might be very shallow for having done that to herself, but I'd talk it out with her and keep on loving her just the same.

breast implants are a wonderful thing to look at....and yes i would get turned on by them...the thing that is a big turn-off though is that generally the lack of self-esteem of a girl to try to get more attention from guys by getting bigger **** and the fakeness of their personality...besides studies have shown, than less intelligent men are generally breast men...i guess that says the same thing aboyut the women who's attention is focused on their breasts...

It's a personal preference for most guys. I am personally NOT attracted to women who have breast implants. To me, it is a sign of self-consciousness or conceit, a couple of character flaws I have seen lead to relationship conflicts for me in the past. But that's me, I can't speak for the next man. One of my good friends can't get enough fakies in his life.

Despite the hyprocrisy, most guys are attracted to busty women, and no fools, they know most busty girls have done boob jobs..
So to rephrase my answer, if he asks you out, it means he doesn't mind you have implants...
As a personal experience though, saline implants can be surprisingly hard during sex

woman have the right to make there own decisions about there body if they want to get implants its up to them. whats on the out side doesn't matter as long as they are beautifull on the inside. basicly it dosent bother me.

As long as it looks nice and the nipples are straight. The only problem is going to big it looks gross and you can tell right away. People like real but if done right fake is nice also.
