Is there a Moral Law?

Where did it come from? If there isn't one, what is 'good' and 'evil'?

Moral standards can easily be obtained by simple reasoning. For example, the "golden rule" (treat others the same way you wish to be treated) is a rule which can be naturally developed just by reasoning.

Moral Law is how you define it, you know in your gut what is moral and what is not.
