It means you payed money for an all star account so you can play 9 ball yahoo pool.

It means you have a certain kind of account -I don't remember waht that is, but I know you have to pay in order to have a star next to your name. With that you can take part in ladder games -or something like that. I personally consider it useless. Why pay to play?
