Just be yourself and get that confidence level of yours built up. You appear to be a very nice, thoughtful, and sensitive young man. As far as asking her out, that's all you have to do. Just go up to her and say hi. Ask her a few questions about herself, like what are her career plans, her plans for a higher education, what she likes best to eat, etc. People like to talk about themselves. uh mmm im a girl and i can understand you ive been through the same situations before i met the man in my dreams whatever i know what you have to do here's a list:
1) If you are going to same school write some notes and put them on her desk or cubboard
2) If you have her phone number call her and talk about things she like
3) Talk to her at school or wherever you see her tell you bebo ID to her and she'll probably unblock you

Just be straight up and ask her out. If she doesn't like you things won't work out, but you won't know until you try. You can't change someones opinion to be the way that you want it to be. Then things will never work out. Give it time and see what happens.

If you like her, talk to her. Make the first move. Maybe she's shy. I would never make the first move on a guy I liked. My friends had to ask my current boyfriend out for me. Even when I knew he liked me! She might like it when a guy makes the first move. Who knows, you could end up together!
