If you're gonna ask this kinda question you'd have to think about the state minimum and maximum BHC, would there be a federal BHC?

.09 - anything over this, and the hands leave the steering wheel - I've seen it a number of times.

It should be determined state-by-state, with some federal oversight - the Bible Belt states will likely attempt to get this pushed up to 0.15 or 0.20 - at this point, the eyes close.

I think the states should decide, not the federal government.
