With 20 dollars you can go to the dollar store and get Bubble bath, fake flower petals, incense, a feather boa and a basket. at a dollar each.

With the remaining 15 dollars you can go to either:

-A novelty store and get furry hand cuffs, ($8), or a blind fold ($5), or a sexy poker game ($3)

and then go to Walmart and get a cute little thong for about $5.

Wrap the basket with cellophane wrap and tie with a ribbon. It will look like you paid three times more.

Good luck

For my sister's bridal shower, I gave her a letter and a basket of small packages. It was a BIG hit!

here is the letter:

Instructions: Bride's Name, this basket is filled with numbered packagess. Read this letter out loud and when you reach the () with a number, open the corresponding numbered package and fill in the blank with the name of the gift.

Dear Birde's name,

You and (Groom's name) have made a serious and beautiful decision to be married. You will be giving each other your (1) PLEDGE of love and faithfulness. I am happy for you both and share with you all of your excitiment and (2) JOY for many years.

(Note - Pledge would be a blank space with a line. The bride would open gift 1 and find Pledge polish. (2) would be Joy dish degerent. Any way on ward.

However, Birde's name there are a few things that you should know. Right now, you may be feeling as though your life together is completely fulfilled and everything is (3) FANTASTIK but there will be times when you just want to (4) SHOUT because (groom's name) is not exactly (5) MR CLEAN!

These are the times when he'll need (6) ALL of you attention, your understanding and loving (7) CARESS. You will be surprised at just how fast your husband will (8) BOUNCE back to normal.

Just remember, Bride's name, behind every (9) PUFF of clouds is a glorious rainbow. Here' hoping that your (10) FUTURE with (Groom's name) is always filled with beautiful rainbows.

With Love, Your name

PS If you ever need to send a (12)S.O.S, just (12) DIAL and we will be there!!

(you can go to a dollar store and get smaller bottles which will be easier to wrap and less expensive)

How about the candle poem with a basket of coordinating candles

A basket of candles that come in a pair
In all different colors, for you two to share
The white ones burn first
They are wrapped in white lace
To celebrate your first married night
In your new chosen place.
The green pair is taller, and also much thinner
Burn with the first company you have over for dinner
The dark blue candles are for after your first fight
Use them to burn while making up all night
Pink candles set the mood and pave the way
For your first married Valentine's Day
Now, when your first year of marriage is through
the cream anniversary pair will light for you two.
Red candles aflame, both your futures are bright
Celebrate promotions you've worked toward with all of your might.
By this time we hope, maybe, just maybe
You can light the purple ones, on the birth of your baby.
And just when you thought you'd put these away
Take the light blue ones out for your fifth anniversary day.
Now just one more pair left for the big 25
The anniversary pair that will keep your love alive.
Congratulations bride and groom (enter names)
On the start of your forever
May the two of you always be happy together
And burn these candles
Just the way we said
But please don't forget - blow them out before bed!!

You can find all the candles in the dollar store, except the silver ones, you can find those at the craft store.

Good luck!

Lingerie can be pricey..But the bride can also use some other things to "set the mood"..With 20 dollars you can get some nice candle holders and scented candles, a "lovers kit" of massage oils, and body frosting/paint.Even picture frames would work since the bride can always use more frames after the wedding.
If you have to go the lingerie route..try Ross or another store in your area that carries nicer clothes discounted. I am sure you can find a pretty nightie for her.

Buy a couple of cute thongs, they have sales on them at 579, Victoria's Secret, and just about anywhere else you can think of. You can put them in a gift bag with a small bottle of massage oil from Bath and Body Works.

The website electriqueboutique.com also has really cute inexpensive gifts of that kind. Try e-bay stores, too.

Get her accessories for the bedroom. Like a feather tickler, or some fun sexy high heels to wear in the bedroom. Maybe a nice silk robe. Or fun slippers. Gift certificate for Victoria Secret or Fredricks of Hollywood?

Funniest (and cutest gift I've ever seen at a shower (that of course was not formal) was a pregnancy test. It also came with a few other cheap things...but it gave everyone a laugh, especially the bride...and she admitted that it came in handy later on!

I would have one box/basket and get small things: scented candles, lotions, maybe a book (Karma Sutra or something). Then wrap an empty box with a note saying "and something to wear on your wedding night." 'Cause, c'mon. It's the wedding night. All the fancy lingerie is going to end up on the floor anyway.

I recently made a towel cake. You take white towels, hand towels and wash clothes, two of each, ...superweddings.com
and you don't need to make it as elaborate as that one, plus Walmart has inexpensive white towels. I got a silver platter at Dollar Tree and the decorations at Dollar Tree. I spent like $12 on the items, plus my time.

Go to an adult store and pick up some edible lubricant or something else fun. They have all kinds of fun gifts to give. You could always get her a bottle of wine and two nice wine glasses.
