If you eat only an apple a day you will wind up very sick and maybe even dead. Throwing up will also not work. Eat a 3 sensible meals with a high fiber or high protein snack between meals and exercise to lose weight.

If you only eat an apple every day for 3 weeks you are going to get very sick. Everyone wants to lose a lot of weight very fast, but it's not healthy simply because you're not losing fat, you're losing water and muscle. Your body goes into starvation mode, and as soon as you begin eating again, you will gain more than you lost.
If you want to lose weight somewhat quickly and in a healthy way, check into the low-carb diet. Make sure that is something you could commit to for the rest of your life, because if you go off it, you will gain the weight back.
And if you're looking to lose 25 or less pounds, do it the right way and get more exercise. You'll feel better too.

Eat only when hungry and that too not more than three times a day. Include uncooked fruits and vegetables in ur food. Take nothing but water in between the meals.
Chew each morsel at least 32 times. This improves digestion besides activating ur brain telling u that u have had enough.
Take light exercises and brisk walks regularly preferably twice a day.
U will achieve ur ideal weight in a reasonable time period effortlessly.
Ur proposal cannot be implemented. U will get bored and start eating more with vengeance within a few days of starting ur diet regime.

The best way to loose weight is exercise like cycling, running, jogging. As the extra calories get burnt this way and one slowly and gradually reduces on weight. One gains weight faster but the phenomenon of losing weight is quite slow. Though there are medicines and drugs which can easily reduce weight but they are not advisable as they have harmful effects which pays in the long run. So the best way out is just exercise, take controlled diet, drink lots of water and you'll soon start losing weight.

you know that you are just asking for it posting a question like that. There is no healthy way to lose weight fast. Do not starve yourself. The low carb diet is good for the quick pounds but you can't stay on the lowest level. You need to do it the old fashion way, Healthy(sane) diet & ewxercise. Drink a lot of water & green tea.

Exercise everyday like jogging around the block
Skip meals. Eat 2 times per day than 3 times per day
Dont eat until you're full
Eat fruits at night if your hungry.
Drinks lots of water and stop all the fast food and chocolate.

well you wont make it on just an apple a day because that would mean you are taking in like less than 100 calories a day lol. that is impossible. you would be better off eating more apples and other fruits and just burning a ton of calories by exercising. you cannot exercise or function normally without a set number of carbs and calories. you can try it, but you will fail big time. it is impossible to go about your day only eating an apple. if that was possible, people would have already tried it.

You need to eat properly girl. It's not good to starve yourself cause you'll only end up binging and feeling even worse about yourself then you did in the first place.
Eat properly, whole grains, fruits and vegetables and drink lots of water. These things are not only good for you but they help to keep you fuller, longer.
Remember your body is asking for food NOT to fill your stomach but for the nutrients it needs to help your body run properly.
Eat right and you'll lose the weight and feel great about yourself :) Take Care!!

try riding a bike or liek cycling at the gym. only 10 minutes burns 100 calories! we have a stationary bike in my basement so what i do is ride for 10 minutes while watching tv or listenin to music. then i rest for 5 minutes and drink water. i do that 6 times a day. i havent even been eating less than normal and ive lost 6 pounds in 5 days already! =] honestly.
