no , because you are not being honest with that person, so how could it be a full relationship without honesty.

I would think that would depend on why you are cheating. People cheat for different reasons. Ultimately cheating is wrong, but seriously sometimes it can SAVE a relationship especially if it's a lack of sex involved due to terminal illness of your partner or he's just not "up" for the occasion. I know of couples who's husband can't perform and while he doesn't want his wife throwing it up in his face, he has agreed to look the other way so that she can be sexually fulfilled. They have a wonderful marriage otherwise. So I guess my answer is yes, you can, in some rare instances.
