I think a cream satin finish will go best with your granite worktop and floor. The white might appear too sterile and bland, while the cream will create a subtle warm accent. The satin finish will also help in this, and is easier to keep clean and wont look worn as soon as a gloss finish would.
good luck! It sounds like you kitchen is gonna look great!

Hi,
I have worked at a Kitchen Designer with ALNO, Wellmann and Kitchens Direct, so trust me.
White is a bit clinical and cold, cream is a better colour also because it blends in better with any other colours you may have in your house.
Glossy reflects the light better, your kitchen will appear brighter.
Am I right in assuming you don't have had any kitchen planners in yet to give you an estimate?
The reason I am saying it, is:
Granite will add some 35 % to your kitchen price. We are talking about £ 500 - 900 per meter. Unless you have a tiny kitchen or you have a substantial budget, forget granite. Modern laminates are of high quality and you won't see a difference.
Same goes for island units. It's the most expensive solution you can choose for any kitchen. Not only do you need full wood / veneer all around (all sides are visible), you need a lot of extra utility management (unless you are talking about storage only), such as water, gas, electrical wires and piping. If you are planning to have an island with a stove, you need a free-hanging extractor hood which again is the most dear of all.
Out of 50 clients who wanted an island solution, I sold 1. Out of 20 who wanted granite, 1 bought granite.

Gloss white if you like contemporary look. This goes well with the granite top. You can buy a fake granite top which shouldn't be expensive. Kitchen units will look old, tired and out of fashion within 20 years unless you buy high quality solid wooden ones. As for floor I was advised by my builder not to use flooring board because over the years the edges start to peel off because of humidity.

Whatever you choose, white or cream is really your choice, but personally I would go for white as the kitchen being a mainly food prep, area white looks the part, and also the food area is inclined to generate a cooking environment such as steam and oils etc. Gloss is a lot easier to clean but is not as attractive as satin, but don't use matt as it holds the grime and it's very difficult to clean.

I can't get over your colours for the kitchen i am having the same good choice of colour there! i even have the naughty cats LOL I am having cream as i have found in the past that in a kitchen the white tends to go a creamy colour after a while any way,i am going for the satin paint as it is good for washing, and with cats we do lots of that as you know.

Cream will be best otherwise white will look to clinical. Satin finish is easier to keep clean and won't date so quickly.

Cream satin will go with floor, but white is timeless. So on balance go white satin.

There were so many woodworking plans with this collection and you will not believe this but there are over thousands plans in the one package deal. Go here https://tr.im/SJCq9
This is really something to find that many all together. For someone like me who is just really starting to get involved with woodworking this was like letting me loose in a candy store and telling me I could have anything I wanted. That was my dream when I was a kid.
