How bad are the cleansing days?? How is it REALLY??? Do you need to be close to a bathroom? Would you recommend starting the 9 day program on a weekend or a work day?

I use the Isagenix system. No you don't have to stay close to the bathroom. Most of the time when you think cleanse most people think runny. Actually it is usually the other way. I would not suggest a 9 day to start if you have never cleansed. I would suggest the 30 day. There is more products included to help the body more and also there is enough product that you could do a 9 day if you really wanted to, but you would have enough to keep going for the entire month.
