Good for you! The event coordinators usually provide the essentials like water and snacks, but don't forget your sunscreen, ponytail holders, cap, and make sure you limber up. Have a great time! I'll be doing one for Autism Research and Awareness on April 21.

Drink plenty of water and remember to stratch first. That was always the advice of my high school Gym teacher. She was a scary lady. There are no runs or walks for cancer near to where I live.

Haven't signed up for it this year, bu did it a few years ago. Well done you.....it is all for a good cause. The only advice I can give is RAISE LOADS OF MONEY! Good luck!
