Mary was just a normal woman, chosen by God to do an amazing thing. She should not be worshiped for that, and the Bible never states that she is anything other than a woman.

I neither disrespect nor disregard the fact that Mary (she was only a virgin before Jesus' conception) was a woman who was favored by GOD, and chosen to give birth to the world's Messiah. However, I do NOT think that Mary should be worshipped, or have statues of herself adored and bowed down to, etc. Jesus never taught His disciples to worship His mother, although I'm sure He and they had nothing but the utmost respect for her. Religion won't / can't save... Jesus saves.

The Roman Catholic Church teaches, among other things, that Mary is the Queen of Heaven, a perpetual virgin, and the co-redemptress who ascended into heaven. In Scripture, she is portrayed as an obedient, believing servant of God, who became the mother of Jesus. None of the other attributes mentioned by the Roman Catholic Church have any basis in the Bible. The idea of Mary being the co-redemptress and another mediator between God and man is not only extra-biblical (found only outside of Scripture), but is also unbiblical (contrary to Scripture). Acts 4:12 declares that Jesus is the only redeemer. 1 Timothy 2:5 proclaims that Jesus is the only mediator between God and men.

Born again believers don't disrespect or disregard Mary. I'm not sure where you got this info from. If you mean we don't revere her as the queen of heaven or pray to her, then you are correct.

Religion won't save you, putting your faith, trust and hope in Jesus Christ will.

Firstly, Christians do not preach disrespect to people. In fact Christians are told not to judge anyone. What do u think "Love thy Neighbours" mean?

I am a Baptised Christian and I love Mother Mary because she was a good mother. She was virtuous and loving mother. That's it. However, if you equate love to worship of her, then I think you are sorely mistaken. You may love your grandfather, but do u worship him? Why is Mother Mary any different? All humans are sinful. Even John the Baptist does not escape his sin. Mother Mary may be a good woman but she is still human.

Where have u heard that we disregard and disrespect Mother Mary? You need to be wary of your sources, my friend.... they are clearly misinformed

Where do you get your information? True born again believers dont disrespect OR disreguard the virgin mary. We just don't worship her like catholics do. But the bible tells us not to worship anyone except God and Jesus. So yes, I do think Jesus will approve of that behavior....since it's in the bible.

I respect Mary very much, as the Earthly mother of our Lord Jesus Christ. She did go on to have other children with her husband, although she was a virgin at the time of Christ's birth. I respect Mary, but I do not worship her and I do not pray to her.

I'm sorry but you heard wrong. Born again Christians do not pray to Mary but we do not disrespect her either. God wants us to have a personal relationship with Him. We are saved because Jesus died for our sins. All we have to do is believe this fact and confess it and we are saved. It's that simple.

I Love Mary the mother of Jesus Christ.
Religion doesn't Save us Jesus Christ Saved people who Repent and Believe in His death burial and resurrection. His Precious Blood was shed for our sins and made eternal life possible for us if we believe and accept Him. If we reject Christ we doom ourselves to eternal punishment.
Prayer and study will answer your questions much better than I have. God Bless You.

John 3:3 - Jesus answered and said unto him, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God.

John 3:7 - Marvel not that I said unto thee, Ye must be born again.

1 Peter 1:23 - Being born again, not of corruptible seed, but of incorruptible, by the word of God, which liveth and abideth for ever.

Jesus is reported to have declared: "Those who are not with me are against me". At a village where the sceptical inhabitants did not want to hear of His holy message, Jesus spitefully shook the dust off his sandals and went away.

When Jesus in His early teens had disappeared from His parents (His putative earthly Father and His real earthly Mother) without telling them anything, upon their complaints He answered to them that it wasn't really their business to bother about His whereabouts.

Jesus is reported to have been quite stern sometimes during His short life in Palestine. He did indeed iteratively verbally threaten sinners, scandalmongers, unrepenting souls etc. with the fire of the Jehenna, or burning in Hell if you please. He may be thought to have been quite merciless when He bluntly cursed to death the innocent fig-tree for not bearing any fruits when He walked by and was hungry. Another time Jesus violently expelled those men who were selling their things at the temple door - He did indeed not acknowledge that those poor men where trying to earn some money to bring home to family.

Jesus may even be supposed to have contravened the holy biblical law of God by not getting a family, wife and children, of his own, because God is reported to have declared that man and woman should make a family and populate the World.

The followers of Jesus down the centuries did indeed make great use of deadly punisments against their opponents. They split into many sects and they did indeed murderously fight each other and the infidels, and they eagerly burned to death heretics and their books, and witches, rebellious souls, bright philosopher, sincere scientists etc.
