Add the chicken, the sausage, the tomatoes with the juice, the wine, the oré;gano, the basil, and the sugar and boil the mixture gently, stirring occasionally, for 10 minutes. While the mixture is boiling, in a kettle of boiling salted water boil the spaghetti until it is al dente and drain it well. Divide the spaghetti between 2 plates and spoon the sauce over it.

buy ground chicken. heat a heavy skillet to medium high heat, add some extra virgin olive oil (about 2-3 tablespoons) & brown off chicken. add one chopped onion, one carrot grated, 8 oz mushrooms chopped and sautee until onions are translucent. add your favorite jarred pasta sauce. heat through. in the mean time cook a package of spaghetti according to it's instructions. when the pasta is done, add 1 can quartered artichoke hearts (drained) to the pasta sauce, drain pasta & add to the skillet with the sauce & toss for 1 minute. remove from heat, sprinkle with parmesan cheese & serve with a nice green salad and toasted french or italian bread.

Spaghetti noodles
Chicken tenders (boneless)
Cream of mushroom soup. I use 1 and1/2 cans.
your choice of veggies.. I use bell pepper, onion, and sometimes corn. you use what you like.
salt n pepper
grated cheese.. i use cheddar, but you could use whatever you would like.
Any type of seasoning you like.. I use garlic powder.
Pre-heat your oven @ about 300- 350 just enough that you can melt the cheese..

Cook you noodles and cook the chicken. I boil my chicken tenders until done because it is easier to pull it apart to put in noodles.

Once chicken is done shred it(pull it apart and cut to smaller pieces) and set aside.

Noodles should be done now.. drain them and set aside.

If you used a large pot to cook your noodles in you can mix the ingredients all in that. Add 1 can of soup and mix in, add your veggies and you may need to add a little water.(very small amount) you dont want this to be runny! If you need the next can go ahead and add it. add the chicken & seasoning and stir real good.

Pour all of this into the casserole dish and pat it kinda flat.. Add your shredded cheese ( i use alot) i like cheese! and put it in the oven just long enough to melt the cheese. I like my cheese to get a little brown.. but you do what you like.

Once the cheese is where you like it, take it out and EAT!

I hope I explained this ok..

Enjoy,

Boil the pasta in chicken broth or stock. Add some sauteed chicken to a marinara sauce and you'll be good to go.

Italian sausage and grilled chicken, about 1lb. If you don't sausage try ground turkey. Or ground chuck, it's not as fatty as ground beef.
