I seem to always disagree with my work colleague, one day we get on fine, the nxt day she is rude and extremely patronising towards me.WHY?? We speak to each 1 day but not another - WHY??

There are other times where we flirt continuously, smiling, stare into each others eyes, emails, body language etc....

Now we don't talk to each other AT ALL. Colleagues say we have a love/hate relationship going on! We only communicate via EMAIL, where we get on really well!

Also, when we're all meant to go out for a drink with colleagues(which she suggested),she ALWAYS pulls out! Why she do this???

WHY can we only communicate via email and not face to face???

p.s she always mentions how I pulled her mate LAST YEAR-why???(her mate don't work wth us!)

Whats this all MEAN if ANYTHING???Advice....

She's got a boyfriend of 2 years-she's said that he won't commit though.......

Does she secretly have a crush on me or fancy me?

Regardless of whether this woman has a crush on you I would quit trying to figure out what her game is.

If she's got a boyfriend and is flirting with someone behind his back (whether he wants to commit or not) then chances are she'll do the same to you if you ever get involved with her. I'd be wary of her saying he won't commit - it's a similar line to the one married men use about their wives not understanding them.

Your flirtations are probably just titilation for her although she wouldn't take it any further - she chooses to stay with her boyfriend even though he won't give her what she wants so she must think a lot of him. (Despite anything she says to you). Her mentioning of her friend are classic case of can't/won't have you but don't want anyone else to get their hands on you either.

Don't waste your time getting involved with this game-playing teaser. And especially don't waste your time trying to figure her out. Just humour her when you have to and otherwise steer clear.

She sounds like a stupid irritating cow to me. I've got a male housemate who does similar things and I think it stems from a basic, but profound selfishness and complete disregard for how their behaviour effects others. Just ignore her, that's what I do with this prat who shares my house!!

She wants you, hence the reason she mentions he won't commit, and she's jealous of her friend, maybe she's worried if she does go out she'll see you get off with someone else, and she doesn't like that.

talking as a girl myself, i would say that this gril really likes you. But, shes too worried that if she goes out with you she'll feel guilty to her boyfriend. She obviusoly likes you and i think you should just remain friends untill something changes with her boyfriend. Be there to talk to her and listen to her problems, girls like that! complement her on her shoes or something relevant to her
Good luck i hope it gets sorted

She wants you but you went with her friend first. Plus she has a boyfriend and feels guilty. If you want her go for it but make sure she finishes with her boyfriend first.

Yes, and she is shy too. It is the old playground tactics of pull her hair and push her over to show that he likes you.

You've asked this question so many times. Why don't you ask her instead of us? That way you might actually get the right answer.
