You can not down load the 1099 Forms that you submit to people that you pay. It is a 3 part form that needs to be completed along with Form 1096. You can get these forms from the Local IRS office or order them by call ing 1-800-829-3676 to place your order.

Here is a link for the _2007_ 1099:
http://www.irs.gov/pub/irs-pdf/f1099msc.pdf
However, per instructions at the top, better to order from the IRS to make sure you have a scannable copy to file on your end.
"You may order these forms online at Forms and Publications
By U.S. Mail (http://www.irs.gov/formspubs) or by calling
1-800-TAX FORM (1-800-829-3676)."

No, the dowloadable version is only a sample and cannot be filed. You can order them form the IRS or buy them at any office supply store.

i'm not sure, but why don't you try going to www.irs.gov and see if they have forms available for download.
if not, check with your local library - they usually have a lot of tax forms.
however, i am pretty sure that you were required to send out all of your 1099 forms by 1/31/07...

Yes you can. Go to www.irs.gov. look under forms, or search 1099. You will need to have acrobat reader ( or writer) installed on your computer to read pdf files. If you do NOT have that program, you can download FREE the reader program at www.adobe.com, the click on get acrobat reader. GOOD LUCK!!!
