Drink high carb high protein drinks. Oddly enough they are usually located near the SlimFast and weight loss products in a lot of stores!
I would NOT suggest eating the fast foods another answer suggested! Many of those will cause your cholesterol to be bad for you! They are mainly heart attacks on a bun or deep fried heat problems! You can remain health while you gain your weight. You don't need to do it at the expense of your heart! Can't believe a NURSE would say that to anyone!

Go to a GNC or health food store and buy weight gain powder. Its all natural and contains a lot of protein which can help build your muscles (especially if you lift weights).
You can also try changing what you eat so that you eat more:
Bread
Pasta
Corn
Tuna
Chicken/Turkey
Eggs
Rice
These foods will all help you gain weight.

Up your calories by drinking your own homemade shakes with or between your meals. You can put in fruit or yogurt and add a couple scoops of protein whey powder. You can also go to the local gym and ask the onsight experts how to deal with this problem. They can help you out. Godloveya.

Buy supplemental drinks such as Ensure and Boost. Drink whole milk, always eat dessert. Make your calories count, if you drink coffee, put heavy cream in it or switch to whole chocolate milk or some other rich drink with a lot of calories such as a milk shake. Start eating fast food such as a triple quarter pounder with cheese and french fries with cheese and a chocolate shake. Eat a lot of carbohydrates and potato's. and macaroni and cheese made with velveeta.
I am a cancer RN and am always telling my patients to make their calories count. Dont skimp on anything.
