I recently downloaded a firefox plugin showing a tiny weather summary, which is great. Can I get something similar that would show me the correct time? My computer's time is never right, even after I reset it, it always gets off again.

First. I'd check the battery that goes in the computer's motherboard which allows the clock to run when the PC is off. Open your case and look for a lithium battery (it looks like a little coin) and then just replace it. The battery might be the reason why your clock is always off.

And if you still want your clock extension, try FoxClocks https://addons.mozilla.org/firefox/1117/

That's not a Firefox function.

You need Atomic Clock Sync from WorldTimeServer.com. This little program is free, and will update your clock once a day (or as often as you like manually) to atomic clock precision.
