You handle it well. Alot of men don't.
Many people get abusive, violent, and mean. They do stupid things, they pass out cold, they say things they should not.
That is the reason. Personally....I drink 3-4 drinks after work every day and I have no problems. My wife does too, and things are great.

I wonder the same thing. I guess what you need to ask yourself is if you treat her any different. I think in the past I may have become less affectionate and these days I am really concious to make sure I let her know how I feel about her.
Since then (its a new woman too) I have not had any problems. I have many friends who can have drinks with their wives and GFs and it seems to me the only ones who get into some Sh@t are the ones that will argue while drinking.
btw I got so drunk I pissed the bed the other night and I still didnt get my *** kicked.

Why do you need alcohol to put you "in the mood" to do these things? I love that you dont believe that females should slave and labor over you tho. But if you cant have fun doing all the things that you listed, without booze, then take a good look. Thats a pretty sorry thing.

Sounds like you are just having a drink and getting a few things done. Its the crazy ones that make women nervous about a guy drinking. A few bad apples can give the bunch a bad name. So enjoy and keep up the good the good work doesn't sound like your hurting yourself or anyone. Be you !

Mostly I don't care if a guy I'm with has a couple drinks when he gets home from work, or whenever. But there are some times that he should not, like if we are fighting, because it only escalates things. But the majority of the time, I don't care. No biggie.

okay, you are not part of the other 99% of guys that turn into pigs while drinking or are completely worthless while drinking. So understand that you don't act like most, actually all other guys when they are drinking beer, most guys start disrespecting people, making messes, or become even more worthless than they are normally. Sorry but my guy doesn't do the things you spoke of when he is sober or drinking but when he is drinking, we will say at home, he won't hardly even get up to get his next beer, he will wait for me to get up and then ask me to get it for him, i will say he asks nicely, he has learned that otherwise it might end up in his lap.

because most guys and act stupid and disrespectful when they drink booze. Not all guys want to cook, clean and do laundry when the drink, if so this world would be a beautiful place.

Sounds like you're able to handle drinking booze, but many guys become obnoxious jerks when drinking; that's why women have such issues with them drinking in the first place.

i think they hate it because they want to have a part in the realationship and if you are doing everything then it makes them think that you could survive on your own they don't want that because if they really love you then theywould want to stay with you and i am not against men drinking beer every once in a while especially if it puts you in the mood to clean

thats good! i say if a guy has the need to clean and cook and stuff like you and think like you do than go for it, its just that some women dont like it becuase it kills brain cells and some men get mean and rude and uncaring and sometimes abusive while there drunk so thats why but i say if you like to do those things than go for it
