Humanity itself has nothing to do with satan, now humans as individual make the choice to allow satan to rule over and in their lives. Satan is the ruler of this earth, which means that he has lots of influence that man has given him through the fall of Adam. This is why Jesus was sent to die for our sins and to offer us salvation. Key word is "OFFER" God is not going to make us accept his Gift, we have to 'Willingly' submit to Jesus as our Lord and Savior. God is not going to drag us into heaven but Satan will surely drag us into hell, he doesn't care about free will and us choosing because he is the Great Thief, and there is no honor amongst a thief!!
