It doesn't work that well at all. There's not enough protein in the shakes to stave off hunger & there's too much added sugar, which induces hunger.

It works by limiting calories, silly. You have one shake for breakfast and lunch then eat a "sensible" dinner! You should lose a few pounds within 2 weeks, exercise is the MOST important thing you can do to lose weight so get moving even if it's just a 30 minute walk every day! Go to the slimfast website and look around for help & hints.

I'm also using the Slim Fast diet, it depends really. A regular plan could let you lose at least one pound a week. I've heard people who say it doesn't work, well I'll find out for myself. So far the Slim Fast Optima shakes work rather well though..., I have them for breakfast.

It all depends on the person.
It works because you replace meals with low calorie drinks that they offer you which is really not the healthiest way to go.
It will probably take some pounds off you, but you'll most likely gain it back once you go off the diet. Unless your willing to stay on thier diet FOREVER.
Just eat a healthy balanced diet, and exercise, and you won't even have to go on any diet. Diets never work. It's all for the money.

It works by limiting the calories you consume. You can do the same by limiting your calorie intake with regular foods.
You aren't going to see real results unless you are working out. You need to do cardio or aerobics 4-6 days a weeks for 45-60 minutes a day.

If you REALLY want to lose weight, try eating a plant based diet. Get off the yoyo ride, it not only doesn't work, but is very damaging to your body...causes depression, and a whole host of other things.

Keep a modest water glass, which you have to refill often, instead of a sizable water bottle on your cubical.
