own a permanent hotel suite (i.e. at the Ritz)?

Penthouse apts are on the top floor, sometimes way up. With my luck, there will be a power failure within a week of my buying one. I don't think I can handle a 30+flight walkup. I'll take a lower floor room in the Ritz anyday.

I'd rather live in a HOUSE.
Screw a penthouse, suite or an apartment.

Hotel suite. You get housekeeping and other hotel amenities that you'd have to pay separately for if you had an apartment.

is it faster to St Louis or by bus???

Your question doesn't make total sense. Are you asking "would you rather have a big place you have to take care of yourself or a smaller place that has room service?"
