If all of the people in the world are descendant of Adam and Eve , how come ppl are so diversed physically?

so basically in the 3 majore relegions , Islam , Christianity and Judasim , all the people in the world are descendant from Adam and Eve . then how come people in the world look differntly ?? i.e. black and caucasian people ??!!
I have thought about this since I was a little girl and it is confusing me since I am a beleiver . so if anybody has a scientific explanation please tell me .

The reason you know we are all related is because we have no trouble breeding with any other race.Animals do have difficulty.After the Flood of Noah,men began to wander all over the earth and as a result,they changed with their environment.The further north he went,the lighter the skin stayed etc.
Noah's son ,Ham was father to Cush ,who started the area of Ethiopia,Mizraim who founded Egypt,and Canaan who founded the area of Palestine.Those descendants changed over the years because of the heat or lack of it.That's just one example.
