Why WB Govt is not using barren land and the land of closed factories for industrialization?

WB GOVT WANTS WB TO BE PERMANENT BASE OF COMMUNISM. It wants to use the fertile land so that artificial food scarcity is created and people in Bengal will have no option but to starve and do chanting on communism. It knows the fate of industries going to come up on those fertile lands in SINGUR, NANDIGRAM, ETC.

If WB GOVT is Really Interested for Industrialization and Benefit of Bengal, It Can Use
1. BARREN LAND of 1000 * n Sq.Km in Jhargram, Bankura, Bishnupur, Purulia, Kharagpur area AT FREE OF COST .
2. Also Land of Closed Industries (Almost 100%) in Bengal

Instead of above, it is using THE MOST FERTILE LAND in SINGUR, the most remote village NANDIGRAM, etc even AT VERY HIGH PRICE.

Population is Increasing and Govt is Forcing to Decrease Cultivable Land. Is It Intended to Create an Artificial Food Scarcity?

More over ALMOST 100% industries in Bengal are closed and the Govt knows the fate of these new upcoming industries…….CLOSED BEFORE START?

Since these fertile lands will no longer be available for food grain production, there will be starvation. Moreover, industries will be closed before they start production AND PEOPLE WILL REGAIN UNEMPLOYMENT. CONCLUTION- WB will be permanent state of STARVING POOR COMMUNIST. –EXCELLENT LONGTERM STRATEGY OF CPM.

this is Indian form of COMMUNISM. this is the reason George Fernandez type Indian COMMUNISTS as Impala COMMUNISTS. The chief will entering into an Imported Impala using fact in those Impala seen a luxury automobile in the present time i might a BMW, tells his party worker who owns a cycle to donate to the party so as that it could receive to the undesirable. finally the cycle neither reaches the undesirable yet to the leaders pocket. I pity the the persons of West Bengal they did no longer study any lesson. I guess if the next day elections are held in West Bengal the COMMUNISTS will grab the potential. One should not be so harsh in making comments.The
industrialist want to have that is suitable for him.Govt cannot
be a procurer of land for the industrialist.Govt can prcure land
for public purpose.Procuring land for the industrialist cannot
be termed as public purpose.The industrialist should buy the
land by convincing the landowner,Govt. can however buy 10%
extra land to maintain the continuity of the land at a price
double of the market rate.Closed factories have 2 to 5 acres of
land which is not suitable for larger factories.Barren lands
are not sometimes suitable because of lack of infrastructure
Govt means politicians and they are scoundrels.They
make underhand dealing for themselves and for their party.
They want to give contracts to their cadres and party
supporting contractors.Govt also get servicetax,income tax,vat,central and local sales tax,excise tax,property tax
land revenue tax and so many other taxes.In return the indstrialist gets some concession.[Tata's have got a
Rs 200crore loan at a rate of 1% interest from WBIDC,
refund of VAT for the first 10 years vide Statesman dated
16 Mar 07 Ist page] .It is not communism it is self interest.
The same thing will happen in Nandigram.Some 20 thousand
acres will not cause food scarcity in Bengal.

I am agree with you. But our Politicians are the culprit to create the conflict and keep the people to be disturbed so that they donot ask for the failure of the Government. They are always in contacts with the capitalists not with the poorer/farmers. They only wants the votes of the Poorers.

BARREN LAND IS DEVOID OF RESOURCES NEEDED TO SUSTAIN HUMAN HABITATION WHICH IS INTEGRAL TO INDUSTRIALISATION SO BARREN LAND CAN BE EXPLOITED FOR ANY MINERALS ETC BUT USUALLY NOT FOR INDUSTRIALISATION.
