Muscle cramps are usually due to a lack of potassium in your body. Drink a glass of orange juice or have a fresh orange! Dried fruits like rasins or prunes; and bananas have high potassium. Also, you can get muscle cramps from not drinking enough water. Drink at least 8 cups a day ( 64 ounces)...or a little more. You might want to add some milk to that for calcium as it also helps with muscle cramps. Thanks for asking a great question that can help others! Godloveya.
