belongs = تنتمي/ تعود

to = إلى

Allah = الله

so the whole sentence would be:

القدسية تعود إلى الله

Or

القدسية تنتمي إلى الله

1st one is more correct though ..

It's القداسة تتمني لله if you want it modern way, but more grammatically correct would be its version with the verb in front:
تتمني القداسة لله
There are also other ways to say it.
Simply القداسة لله would be enough (literately it is 'holiness for Allah', but it's clear what is meant).
